This policy explains what this website collects, why, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. If you are a client under contract, the handling of operational data is governed by your service agreement, not by this page.

We only collect information you type into a form. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
When you request a quote we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, the borough, your desired start date, and anything you write in the free-text box. Facility type and expected duration are optional.
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, your message, and any file you choose to attach.
When you apply for a job we collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, confirmation of your eligibility to work in the United States, your security guard licence details, shift preferences, your work history, a photograph if you upload one, and your answers to our screening questions, which include whether you have previously been dismissed from a position and whether you have a felony record. This is the most sensitive information the site collects and it is used only to assess your application.
When you subscribe to updates we collect your email address and nothing else.
Automatically, our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting contract, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Job applications are kept for as long as needed to assess the application and to consider you for future roles. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed for these purposes it is deleted.
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry and application records is limited to staff who need it to do their job, and is controlled by individual accounts. Uploaded files are restricted to a limited set of document and image formats.
Some cookies are necessary for the site to work at all, and these are always set: they record your cookie choice, keep you signed in if you have an account, and hold your session. They do not track you across other websites.
Analytics cookies are not loaded until you accept them. If you decline, or if you have not answered yet, no analytics script is sent to your browser. You can change your decision at any time on our Cookie Settings page. The WhatsApp chat widget is provided by a third party and may set its own cookies when you use it.
We send marketing email only to people who have subscribed. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. Replying to your enquiry or your job application is not marketing, and you will receive those regardless.

This website is intended for businesses and for adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
